Privacy.

If you send a brief through this site we hold your name, your email address, anything you typed into the brief field and the date you sent it. If you email us directly we hold the email. That is the entire list.

To answer you, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not profile you, we do not enrich the record from third-party data, and we do not sell or share it with anyone who is not working on your project.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set a cookie, does not follow you between sites, and cannot identify you. There is no advertising pixel anywhere on this site.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for seven years because our accountant insists, then deleted.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the studio address on the contact page and we will do it inside a week, free, without asking why.

The site is hosted by Framer. Email runs through Fastmail. Invoicing runs through FreeAgent. Each of them holds data on our behalf under their own terms; none of them receive anything you did not send us.
